If you have mistakenly entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact us immediately to update your details. However, if your item has already been shipped, we regret to inform you that we cannot modify or resend your product, and you will not be eligible for a refund. Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all details are accurate before making a purchase. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are sent to an incorrect address.
Yes, we support global shipping, including your country.
If your items are damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately via email at tohittheroad@hotmail.com. We will gladly replace your items and do not require the damaged items to be returned. However, we kindly request that you provide photos of the damage so that our shipping department can properly handle the claim process with our carrier.
Refund and Return
You may modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After this time, modifications or cancellations will be granted at our discretion.
